The absence of ISP load balancing leads to network congestion, inefficient bandwidth utilization, and downtime during ISP failures. Additionally, the lack of a secure site-to-site VPN compromises encrypted communication between primary and branch sites, affecting remote management and data confidentiality. Unmanaged VLANs exacerbate security risks, network congestion, and poor traffic control, resulting in performance issues and unauthorized access. Addressing these issues is vital for ensuring operational efficiency and robust security.

ROX Hi-Tech executed a network infrastructure transformation, implementing advanced security, optimized traffic management, and seamless interconnectivity. A High Availability (HA) failover setup using Active-Passive mode on next-generation firewalls ensured uninterrupted operations. SD-WAN enabled intelligent ISP load balancing based on latency, jitter, and bandwidth, while Policy- Based Routing (PBR) prioritized critical services, such as VoIP, for optimal performance. VLAN segmentation , combined with 802.1Q trunking, reduced congestion, ensuring efficient traffic propagation. Additionally, a Site-to-Site VPN with IPSec encryption and redundant failover tunnels secured communication between sites, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
