To address these issues, the company transitioned to Meraki MDM for improved device visibility and management, and Cisco Duo for stronger authentication security, ensuring better access control, compliance, and operational efficiency.

The process started with the deployment of Meraki MDM, enabling centralised device management and policy enforcement for better visibility and control. Cisco Duo was then installed on devices, integrating multi-factor authentication (MFA) through the Duo Mobile app to provide secure authentication with online and offline codes. This upgrade ensured stronger security, smooth access control, and improved compliance, allowing for efficient management of a globally distributed workforce.
